Professor Manju Banerjee is the vice president of educational research and innovation at Landmark College. In this article and video, she mentions how the Asian American community is very diverse and that it's best to focus on the Asian American families who have more of a traditional mindset on education and are afraid to ask for help.

She also talks about the guilt many Asian American parents take on because they see learning differences as a sign of bad parenting. If a child is in this environment, it can cause miscommunication and is not beneficial for anyone. It's not about studying longer; it's about finding effective strategies and creating a supportive environment.
